Detox Juice

½ cup of pistachios

3 Apples

½ Cucumber

1 pinch of ginger

 

Cocktail

3½ oz Detox juice

¾ oz Tanqueray Ten gin

1 oz White Lustau Vermouth

1 spoon of Red fruit jam

¼ oz Lime juice

 

만드는 법

To prepare the detox juice, liquefy apples with a hand beater, then add sliced cucumber and ginger. Add ½ cup of pistachios, totally peeled. Mix with a hand beater.

Combine all the ingredients with crushed ice in the blender or mix with hand beater. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
